By using the Precision Wellness NWA website, booking a service, or purchasing a membership or package, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

2. Bookings and Cancellations
Classes and appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. If you can’t make a booked class or appointment, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else. Any cancellation or no-show policies will be shown at the time of booking.

3. Memberships, Packages, and Payments

4. Health and Assumption of Risk
Please consult your physician before beginning any wellness or fitness program. By participating, you confirm you’re physically able to do so and accept the inherent risks of physical activity. Before your first visit, you’ll be asked to complete our Client Information and Consent Form.

Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Precision Wellness NWA (“we,” “us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, waitlist updates, account alerts, and promotional offers. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your activity and interactions with us.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out and Get Help. You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.
